Noticing more people saying stuff like "I just had a cold, but tested Covid+ on day 6...so be careful your cold doesn't turn into covid" Can't believe I must say this: Your 'just a cold' didn't magically turn into Covid! You had Covid! You Were Spreading Covid the whole time🤦
This wouldn't happen if we had any kind of Public Health at all
@ChristelAdina Yes, but your boss will barely accept a call-in with a positive test. If it's coming up negative there's not a lot you can do
@ChristelAdina @joejaggi I’m honestly impressed people like this are even testing multiple times. My standards are SO low now
@ChristelAdina And it is weird. I had covid pneumonia in 2020. No cough ever. I had Omicron variant. No cough ever. I had to fight to be tested both times.
@ChristelAdina I have a really bad cold right now. I've done a test and it says not covid but I'm isolating anyway because no one else deserves this.
@ChristelAdina Yup. Recently I was convinced I had a cold, tested negative for Covid-19, stayed home just in case. Two days later tested positive. (UK)
