@Cigna Your company is a bad joke. Suddenly I find EVERYTHING needs a prior authorization, even meds I've been on for almost a year. Their salesman assured me they would ve covered, now, when they are overdue, I suddenly need prior authorizations. It's a SCAM!!

@Cigna Cigna denied my PA for an MRI after I ruptured my thigh and tore knee ligaments, it took 3 weeks and I needed a peer to peer review to get authorization an MRI. But it was too late to have surgery and now my leg will never heal. Thanks Cigna you deny 30%+ of all PA's.

@Cigna #KeepMyCare I am disappointed that Cigna is allowed the agreement with Florida Women's Care to lapse, resulting in the loss of Florida Women Care affiliated providers from the Florida and Georgia Cigna network and a disruption to my care. Unacceptable @Cigna!!
@Cigna Not really great personalization from Cigna at all. Cigna keeps a huge wall between the customer service department and the actual customers. One cannot get to a person who can actually make any changes based on your individual situation.
