Both fighting sides should practically welcome the declared ceasefire with good faith by engaging in an amicable dialogue to promote peace, and before everything else, they must urgently give the first priority to the displacement-affected pple who are in need of urgent hum aid

Preemptive war (الضرب الاستباقية) is permissible according to the customary International law as previously practiced by USA & Israel; therefore, now it's the turn of Russia. It should be exonerated. Art.4 of UN Ch is only binding on 3rdW. Use of Force is inevitable in this 🌎.

#Biden convinces us that the USA invasion of Iraq in 2003 to destroy Iraqi weapons of mass destruction (WMD) was lawful; and Russian incursion of Ukraine to prevent potential enemy is clear act of aggression and a manifest violation of Article 2.4 of the UN Charter!!!

Russian invasion of Ukraine has become a historical embarrassment to the Western world. Their uni-polarity superpower is at vanishing point!, otherwise they must practice the theory of Balance of Power (BoP) with realism thought.

One of the major purpose of UN is to maintain international peace and order as laid down in the preamble of its charter. If the Security Council could not bring any enduring peace in the times of crisis, it should be dissolved in order to practice victory justice!
