@DpdUkIssues1 Why do your drivers lie about attempting delivery when they’ve actually not even done so?? It happened on Friday and now today! Concierge checked cameras and no attempt was made! Why lie ?

@wizkidayo Happy Heavenly birthday to your mum. I’m sure she’s in heaven celebrating with the angels and watching down on you with pride and happiness. Stay strong; God knows best. May her beautiful soul continue to rest in peace .

@O2 Greedy! Appalling customer service today! After being on hold for 1hr, Sammy still insisted that I will be charged £6 late payment fees when payment will only be delayed for 2 days! Disgusting! 😡😡

@Tesco 94 church street, Edgware Road! Staff extremely unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Never want to assist when you have healthy vouchers! As a single mother shopping for my kids, I was treated like a pile of shit. Horrible experience I had yesterday.

@NextClothing it’s absolutely disgusting that you refuse to amend or cancel an order that’s not even confirmed yet! An order that doesn’t even have a confirmed order number!

@O2 So O2 would rather lose a long standing customer for £3.50 late payment fees (which was actually an error from their end)! O2 you’re thieves!

@WestminsterHelp why aren’t you helping black people that need DHP during this Pandemic? Why would you suggest that they move to a cheaper borough ?

@HMRCcustomers Joyce can you explain to me why you abruptly ended my chat online today? My cheque was sent to a wrong address and you rudely ended our conversation. Is this the type of service HMRC provides to the nation ?

@HMRCcustomers Hi Sofia I'm calling the helpline and it's been 15minutes now, still waiting for someone to receive. I understand the lines are very busy so i'm happy to hold. Can they make the payment via Bacs instead ?
