CONSPIRACY! State Sen. Derek Kitchen is under investigation for donating $ for paint used by 3rd parties to douse the D.A.'s office during a July 9 protest. This, of course, makes Kitchen a conspirator! Thank god the P.D. is spending resources ferreting out enemies of the state.
