Today is the day that the Fire Safety Bill is back in the House of Commons. For the last 3.5 years we've been waiting for the government to do the right thing. Today, it's down to our MPs. We hope, with all our hearts, that they will vote to support us. #EndOurCladdingScandal

91/ It will be interesting to look at voting record. There is obviously a sizeable rebellion or abstention here. Gov't vote was way down on what would have been expected, showing depth of feeling from inside Conservative party on this.

63/ @ShabanaMahmood says the issue before the house is simple: should leaseholders be forced to pay for issues not of their own making? All of costs attributable to cladding scandal are down to failures of developers and successive governments, not to leaseholders.

Leasehold - I dont own the building enough to be able to have a pet or dry my washing outside, but I own it enough to have to pay my share in a estimated £8million cladding remediation bill. For me, that means £72k. What a joke. #EndOurCladdingScandal @EOCS_Official
