@TPEassist So, will TPE refund however much the ScotRail train costs? Also, it looks like they’re still accepting Avanti tickets so are you sure it’s their decision?

@TPEassist Ok. Can you explain why when we set off the advice page said this (when disruption was only until 2pm) and now it’s changed to noon?

@TPEassist Hello. Is it right that ScotRail service can only be used until noon seeing as disruption is until at least 6pm? Thanks.

Jesus wept. In an incredibly crowded field, she has to be the worst Tory.

@BeeNetwork Thank you.

@BeeNetwork Great experience at Bolton bus station just now. The 534 pulled into stand C early (as it always does) so the 537, due at 16:58, decided to just drive round and not pull in anywhere. Not brilliant when there’s only one an hour.

@Lin46 @northernassist Exactly. We tracked the 18:20 until it had left Poulton, naively assuming it’d turn up. Then the tracker updated making out that it had never even set off from Blackpool.

What’s going on with the Preston to. Bolton trains @northernassist ? Now the 18:20 is cancelled and all we’ve been told is to wait for the next one in an hour.

@northernassist Maybe you should send them to platform 2 to explain what’s going on instead of leaving it to the Avanti staff (who are trying their best).

@northernassist Avanti station staff? Surely you should know more than them?

@northernassist So what happens if the 19:20 doesn’t run. Won’t that exceed your two hour limit for delays?

@northernassist Great. And that’s supposed to placate people who have been waiting hours at Preston? Why can’t you put a replacement bus on? Can you guarantee the 19:20 will run?

@northernassist And what about the 17:10 and 17:19? And this is after the direct 15:55 from Windermere to Bolton turned into a minibus to Oxenholme!
