Fully agree that organisation of ppl w/ #disabilities should be involved in planning, implementing & monitoring #EU #funds . I also think re #deinstitutionalisation persons living in institutions should be involved - their voice barely heard @EESC_SOC @MyEDF @COFACE_EU @EU_Social
