Hi Anwin, I saw your reply about the ban: "i am smm so i need to login all my clients account so in my phone there was 5 clinets instagram , they all get banned". That sounds awful, I'm sorry. One thing that may help with the next clients: ask each owner to add you as a person with access through Meta Business Suite, using your own login, instead of signing into their accounts with their passwords on your phone. Your clients keep control, and you're not holding five sets of passwords. I'm Tembiso, and I made a free 7-page script with the exact message to send a client for this, plus which role to ask for on each platform: cleankickoffco.gumroad.com/l/free-login-s… P.S. I also made the full 7-day client kickoff kit it comes from. It's $20 while it's in launch week (until Wed 28 Oct), then $25: cleankickoffco.gumroad.com/l/onboard-clie…
@Estherewurum123 Congrats on the first 100! 🔥 Are clients asking for AI videos now, or are you adding them to your packages yourself?
@DaluDeGreat Agreed. It helps to ask the client in week one which numbers they actually care about, so the report answers their question first.
@0xweb3k1ng "Stop starting from zero every morning" is the whole game. A loose weekly plan also makes client approvals easier, because they sign off on the week once instead of post by post.
@osassoftgirl Half a day of trend research is the work clients never see. Do your beauty clients approve each design before it goes out, or do they trust you to post?
@SabiTrainer Congrats on the payment! 🥂 A client who finds you through your own work is the best kind. Are you starting with access to their pages this week, or with the content first?
@FavourAkam And the very first message you send a new client is copywriting too. A clear welcome message sets the tone for the whole project.
@kristy_creative Love that video editing opened those doors. Do your social clients usually ask for editing too, or is that a separate project for you?
@kelly_kayc16558 Congrats on the new client! Agreeing early on which inbox and calendar access you'll have, and how, makes the first week so much smoother.
@susan_guinto The "what you need from them" line is the one that keeps projects moving. Putting a date next to it helps even more.
@CHINAECHERzkca Saying when they'll hear from you next is the big one. Even "I'll update you Friday" stops a lot of anxious check-ins.
@MrVirtualLab Batching helps so much here. Even one fixed day for client admin and approvals frees up the rest of the week.
@Savystrategies Still using it 3 years later is the compliment they'll never say out loud.
@chinaducati The "how you'll communicate, and when" line is the one most people skip, and it's usually the one that saves the most stress later.
@whywafaa Hope you get some great answers here. One thing that helps in any market: open with one specific observation about their page before you mention what you offer.
@web3_brooklyn1 So true. Clients rarely ask for a content calendar, they ask why nobody is buying, so pitching in their words lands much better.
@karthikeditzz Congrats on locking it in! With 3 videos a week, agreeing up front on how many revision rounds each video gets will protect that rate.
@Onyedikachi___ Community management really is its own skill. Agreeing with the client early on a few go-to replies for rude comments makes it much easier to stay calm and consistent.
@theGrowthify Too real. Agreeing in week one on who signs off and by when saves a lot of this later.
