We have been privileged to have worked for Domino stores,LUTH,FCMB,Stallion group,Citiserve, Floor Mills PLC,Fan Milk PLC,MTN and a host of others

Other services we offer are tank construction, oil and gas consultancy, tank calibration services, ultrasonic thickness test, pressure and leakage trsting

It increases productivity by boosting generator up time. Reduces diesel wastage during cleaning, reduces emissions by as much as 80%, no human entry for safety, extends generator life span. No disruption because tanks can be cleaned while your generator is still running.

This services come with a lot of benefits to your organization

The process allows the diesel to flow from the storage tank through one of the hoses and returns to the storage tank after purification through the second hose. This process takes place simultaneously.

Enclosed in the cylinders are high end filters and separators, which ensure that water, sludge and debris are completely separated and filtered out.

Stage 2 is the purification process. The diesel to be purified is made to flow from the tank through one of the two hoses to the purification cylinders attached to the main system.

Stage 1, Removal of water and sludge. The first step in the cleaning process involves the use of a high pressure suction hose that is connected to the filtration units, powered by a pressure pump in the removal of water and sludge deposits from the storage tank.

Our service process breakdown Our Automated tank cleaning and diesel purification service involves the following stages

These contaminants result in,carbon deposits, clogged filters, corrosion, fuel injection system failure, incomplete combustion, excessive emissions and loss of power. This ultimately leads to generator breakdown and its attendant cost.

Increase in particle size is as a result of Organic contaminants, ( resins, wax, tar, gum, varnish etc) and Non-Fuel contaminants (water accumulation, sediments, sludge, debris etc)

The fact that today's diesel injection systems operate at 30,000 psi or more require that particle size of fuel does not exceed the tolerance of your engine.

Research has shown that most engine performance problems start in the diesel tank. This is because the condition of the diesel in your tanks determines engine performance and power reliability

Tank cleaning, though critical, has been a neglected aspect of maintenance. Thankfully, this is now a thing of the past with our Automated Diesel storage tank cleaning services
