@RoyalMail . My package hasn't moved I'm a week according to tracking data. And it's now in the time frame of delivered by. This is not acceptable customer service. PLEASE RESPOND. And no, I'm not going to wait 50 mins on hold for the customer service line again.

@higgyboson @RoyalMail In the past 6 months I've had two ripped up cards come inside a plastic bag with an apology from royal mail for its condition. This has never happened to me before and suddenly I get 2 within 6 months🤨

@RoyalMail where is y parcel? You claim to have delivered y parcel today but left no card and proof of delivery is a picture of 2 fingers over the lens. Not impresed!
