All-time record parcel at Evri @EvriUkClaimdesk 8 days. Less than 15 miles from my house & no explanation. Many attempted phone calls after saying 9 times "DO NOT PHONE"! To be fair, they did write - to say they can't write to me. Farcically incompetent & no help whatsoever
