Initiating a small claims court action for the $437.91 plus any related costs; Publicly sharing my experience with consumer protection and gaming forums. I would prefer to resolve this directly and amicably with ClubWPT. Please confirm receipt of this message
Please note that I am maintaining full records of this matter. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to pursue remedies, including but not limited to: Filing consumer complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my State Attorney General’s Office;
forfeited without due cause. I respectfully request the following within 10 business days: 1. A detailed written explanation of the exact rule I allegedly violated; and 2. Payment of my $437.91 redemption, or immediate reinstatement of my account so I may access it.
I have not been given any specific explanation or reference to the rule allegedly violated that justifies withholding these funds. Under your Terms of Service, members are entitled to a clear explanation of violations, and redemptions already earned should not be

So, apparently this happened today @ClubWPTGold What a bunch of bullshit! They are claiming I somehow breached T&C which is totally bogus. I spent 6-8 hours a day writing to recieve sweeps coins! What an absolute joke and basically robbery! 💯
