@CmonLetsGetFit well fat is fat so you have to lose all over. You can only time that area. Clean eats! Water! Protein and exercise! Sprints!
@CmonLetsGetFit you cant "tone" fat. Muscle replaces fat and less fat shows muscles...giving it "tone"!
@CmonLetsGetFit can't spot reduce...more muscle=more fat burned at rest. You won't get "bulky" unless you follow specific diet plan4 bulking
