Anyone can stick to their deficit for the first 1-2 weeks. What about 8-10 weeks in when the novelty has wore off? You're being tempted left, right and centre by events, parties, etc? Can you lock in and stick to the plan? This is EXACTLY where most crumble.

@CoachFHM Been on one for past few months. Struggled today. Chatted with my coach on Monday we dropped cals to 2000 from 2300. Temptation in my face left & right. How I've stayed on my path I don't know
