To our football recruits (all recruits) if our initial conversations include, you saying “ yea man, you know what I’m saying “ to me or, our staff we are probably not going to be a good fit. If those interactions include yes coach or yes sir we are good!

@CoachVBrown59 What ever happened to developing young people. Yea man that would be a good thing. Not everyone has it together at 17/18. Not everyone has the guidance to be yes Sir / yes Coach. How about committing to developing people. The Great John Thompson did that.
@CoachVBrown59 What if you're the bridge that takes someone from "you know what I'm saying" to "yes coach"?
@CoachVBrown59 Did you forget or are you aware of where you signed up to coach? This is an HBCU now I understand respect aspect of what you’re saying however, you’re going too far this culture is way deeper than what you may have been sold
@CoachVBrown59 cont. worry less about the way they speak (that can be corrected) worry about the other intangibles this institution WILL NOT BE WHITEWASHED we will restore our HBCU with or without you my preference is without YOU!! signed, A PROUD A&T ALUM
