Esports is no longer an "addon" activity. Stop treating it like it takes a back seat to your other sports. If you want a kid to be in basketball and esports, then work it out with your two programs, and don't try to change the league. That would be UNHEARD of in other sports

No reschedules for esports with some very minor exceptions. We did it at MNVL, and it was the best change we ever made. FF's nearly died overnight (20-30% reduction). Coaches love it (hated the idea at first). WAY easier on staff. No other sports do this. Sorry but get a sub

My time at @TheNAECAD was super informative and honestly a bit eye opening. There is great stuff happing across the world for esports I would recommend for anyone in the edu space who is doing esports. The networking alone was worth it, the session and social made it next level.

Great time presenting at IETA Wed, esports in ID is making headway and people are starting to get excited about it. Every vendor and educator agreed this is here to stay. Our org has a lot to learn but I’m happy to run it and learn with my board. Here’s to round 2 on Thursday.
