This is the current state of @github support in 2025. You pay them money and and they can't even respond to your billing support request in over 3 weeks. You can't call them, they don't contact you, and you have to file this cutesy issue in GitHub and no one responds. There's 0 accountability here from a trillion dollar company.
@github Don't give your money to GitHub! I bought a 1 year copilot account 3 months ago, the site says it is expired and they have refused to respond for weeks! They just sent me an incorrect AI message to request a partial refund?! Totally ignored the issue.
@TechnoTimLive @github I'm having exactly the same problem. They say my yearly account that I paid for 3 months ago expired and have ignored me for two weeks. They just sent a stupid AI message telling me how to request a refund?!?!? I don't want a refund. I want to stop paying for 2 accounts! Morons!
@GitHubCopilot Less than 4 months after purchasing a 1-year Copilot Pro subscription, it shows as expired & I had to buy an additional monthly account. "Support" refuses to respond. Their AI bot offers a prorated refund and ignores the actual problem. Can't connect to a human!
