Just learned that a piece of mint Cisco networking equipment I picked at Value Village for $8 normally sells for over $1000 new. Glad I picked up both identical units they had on the shelf. 👍🏻

It boggles my mind how some #ios developers of kids’ games will not bother testing out their app workflows with device restrictions set 🤦🏻‍♂️

Apple’s slow creep to introduce more ads across its platform (Settings, App Store, Stocks, & potentially soon Maps, Podcasts, etc.) is worrying. The harmony of balancing customer experience & profit-making feels like it's hurtling towards profits at the cost of experience.

I’ve only read the news Apple is adding ads to the App Store’s Today tab and App Detail pages - they haven’t done it yet - but I’ve already stopped myself from launching the App Store app. Ugly and disappointing.

I really dig the modern device used in the wrapup of one of the @webkit sessions at #WWDC22: New Physical Push Button, Mechanical Scrolling, and Spacial Interactive Audio APIs 😉

During the #WWDC22 SOTU we saw an Apple engineer run Xcode with a plugin that warns about lack of documentation. So this means we should no longer have "No Overview Available"-type documentation moving forward, right? ...... RIGHT??

There's some serious deficiencies in @Apple's #iOS 15 notifications system - I keep not getting proper notifications (phone and watch) from unblocked, emergency bypassed contacts. 🤬
