A personal update from me: after more than five years at Bitpanda, I'll be leaving at the end of October. There's no big mystery behind the decision. Five years is a long time, I'm ready for my next adventure, and this also feels like the right moment for Vision. We've built a strong team and ecosystem, and with Vision Chain ahead of us, the project is about to enter a new chapter. I'm also very happy to welcome @VicktoriaKlich as our new Ecosystem Lead. Vicky will take over many of my public-facing responsibilities across Vision, including communications, community and parts of our ecosystem marketing. She's a great catch for the team and someone I'm very happy to hand these responsibilities to. The rest of my role won't move to one person. Product, commercial strategy and other responsibilities will be distributed across the existing team as well as new roles in the growing Web3 organisation. And because I know the question will come up: I'm not leaving because I've lost confidence in Vision. Quite the opposite. I remain fully convinced by what we're building and I'm particularly excited about what's ahead with Vision Chain. I'll be around for the rest of October, working closely with Vicky and the team on the handover. After that, I'm going to take some time off, travel, properly disconnect and then figure out what the next adventure looks like. I'll also remain part of the Bitpanda and Vision community. For once, I'll just get to watch what's being built from the other side.
