@ColinDMello So just to clarify, there are many education workers still negotiating contracts alongside teachers. We are $18.00 an hour off the typical private sector pay increases. We haven't had a real pay increase like ever. Ed staff going to food banks or sleeping in cars. 1300 biweekly
