Agreed. I hate that TE's are often shoved into this umbrella evaluation. I can count on one hand the TEs in the NFL (and especially the one's coming out of college), that are as good of a 'Y' as they are an 'F'/'U'. So why do we evaluate the position with those assumptions?

@ColtsFilmRoom I feel like the answer to your question is that’s already probably being done. I would bet you scouts and GMs are evaluating it the way you describe, but as us fans don’t know the difference or don’t know how to project it so the general draft coverage just says TE.
