The only compromise feasible at this point in solving Mclaurin's extension is to restructure the last year of his contract; the team can keep lower numbers for the years to come while Terry makes his desired $. With B-Rob being released team will have 20 million cap space.

If #Terry Mclaurin is obsessed with the 33 million AAV, then the team should offer that amount but only 55 million guaranteed. 33 million per year, three years contract, last year can be voided, so that way Terry's ego is satisfied while the team doesn't overspend either.
