So here's my moment of pride, successfully stovetop fried chicken. Something I usually mess, why? Temperature control. With a proper thermometer attached, I've managed to solve that problem... Now all I need is an induction hob and bam, job will be too easy.

For the first time in my life I have not only a 'proper' desk and now, I also have a good quality chair. Which is super important as I'm going to be sitting at this desk alot across the next three years for my degree. Hooray for good work space setups. #Secretlab

German Russischer Zupfkuchen I made back in February, genuinely quite proud with how that turned out. Only thing that could have improved would maybe have been some homemade berry compote/syrup to give it a little extra.
