Will evaluate the OIG report and collaborate that into the current metrics to evaluate which teams to vote for. The OIG report will have a strong affect on the teams this proxy votes for. medium.com/@waxoig/novemb…

Voting metrics are updated and the list of guilds that are supported have changed. Added @EOS_Nation to the list. Also one guild fell short of the ranks and was removed. WAX community proxy is casting votes on 100% based on metrics from multiple measurements.
