This is somewhat important because most tomatoes here are heavily sprayed.

We plan to create a 6-sided raised garden to protect against wind and rain erosion. Then we´ll add our homegrown compost-enriched soil.

Later in the month, egg-laying chickens, a goat for fresh milk, and some cerdos and lechones (adult and baby pigs). :-)

We are buying our first farm animal today - a baby bull to eat our weeds and add a little more soul to the farm.
