The current social media climate means that you should be treating every day as April fools day. Why are we ok with accepting fake news every other day of the year?
I’m completely obsessed by click farms - where thousands of machines are lined up to generate fake engagement.

Update in the 2nd half of spring term, year 7 HTML, year 8 ICT skills for life including Google Docs, (not paying for Office), Year 9 ICT and CS skills building for next year, Year 10 ICT and CS broadening experiences and Year 11 probably revision. Questions? Please shout :)

Re previous tweet on #revision we are trialing @SenecaLearning. (senecalearning.com). Each year 11 has an account and focused resources allocated to them as well as the content on @MicrosoftTeams. No excuses not to be doing something useful! Lots of revision available for CS
Its really short notice, but any parents of any girls in year 8, who can get together a team of 4 and are interested in Computer Science, ask your daughters to mail me (Mr Astbury) to register them at cyberfirst.ncsc.gov.uk/girlscompetiti…. I'll be more on it next year - I promise :)
So parents of year 11, revision has started. We will be undertaking this in class and all notes will be in their notebooks on MS Teams. If you want to follow - see what we are doing, just ask your son/daughter/ward to show you their teams notebooks. Any questions, please ask :)
