Injective Trench Treasury is turning $INJ rewards into support for the teams building around it. After acquiring 10% of the $NINJACAT supply through an open-market purchase on StonkFun, the Trench Treasury earned $INJ holder rewards from that position. @injective has now sent all those rewards to NinjaCat’s core contributors, who plan to pass them on to their community and ecosystem. The support is set to continue, with future $INJ rewards from the Treasury’s position also going to the team. This creates a different kind of connection between a project and Injective. The Treasury holds a position in a token built around $INJ rewards, then directs the value it earns back to the people developing the project and growing its community. NinjaCat also connects Injective with Solana users through its launch on StonkFun and liquidity on Raydium. That gives people outside Injective native ecosystem another way to discover $INJ and take part in projects built around it. The Trench Treasury’s wider focus is on backing teams that bring real utility, healthy liquidity, organic communities, and meaningful value to $INJ. Projects using platforms like StonkFun and FOMO can fit that direction when they put the token at the center of their model. The real test is what teams do with that support. If rewards help builders improve their products and bring in lasting users, the Treasury can do more than hold tokens it can help strengthen the ecosystem around $INJ.

Injective is creating more ways for traditional investors to access $INJ. In July 2024, 21Shares launched AINJ in Europe. It allows investors to get exposure to $INJ without buying and managing the token themselves. The product also stakes $INJ and reinvests the staking rewards. Now, attention is on Canary Capital proposed U.S. Staked $INJ ETF, $INJC. If approved and listed, it could give U.S. investors another way to invest in $INJ through a regular brokerage account. Both products are designed to hold actual INJ, not futures contracts. But they have different structures. AINJ is a European exchange-traded note, while $INJC is planned as a U.S. ETF that holds $INJ. Staking rewards may add value over time, but fees and market price changes can affect returns. The product price may also differ from the value of the $INJ it holds. These products could make $INJ easier to access for people who prefer traditional investment platforms over crypto wallets. But there is one key difference, Buying AINJ or an ETF is not the same as holding $INJ in your own wallet. Investors generally cannot use these products directly in Injective apps or vote in onchain governance. AINJ already offers a route for investors in Europe. For the U.S. market, $INJC still depends on its regulatory and listing status. This is another step toward connecting traditional finance with Injective onchain ecosystem.

Injective is connecting network revenue directly to the economics of $INJ. In Artemis ai 2026 year-to-date chart, Injective recorded a Revenue-to-FDV ratio of 0.95, ahead of Solana at 0.83 and Arbitrum at 0.78. The metric compares network revenue with fully diluted valuation, offering one way to assess revenue relative to a network’s potential token value. A high ratio can point to stronger revenue relative to valuation, but it doesn’t tell the whole story. Absolute revenue, growth over time, token supply, and sustainable demand all matter when evaluating a blockchain’s economics. @injective has also built a mechanism around that revenue. Through the $INJ Community BuyBack, eligible participants commit $INJ and receive a share of ecosystem revenue, while the committed tokens are permanently burned. This links network activity to both community rewards and a reduction in token supply. As more financial products and tokenized assets come to Injective, the important question is whether they can generate lasting activity and growing revenue. The ratio is one snapshot; sustained revenue is what will make the model more meaningful over time.

Injective is working to bring onchain finance into the U.S. regulatory system. @Injective CEO Eric met with officials from the White House, SEC, and CFTC in Washington. This goes beyond meetings. Injective is already taking steps to build the infrastructure for tokenized assets and onchain financial markets in the U.S. Injective Institutional Services became an SEC-registered transfer agent, allowing it to maintain official ownership records for tokenized securities. Meanwhile, $INJ futures are trading on the CFTC-regulated Bitnomial exchange. Injective Mint also aims to give issuers a compliant way to bring real-world assets onchain. The team has also been engaging with policymakers on clearer rules for DeFi, tokenization, and onchain trading. For me, the important part is that Injective is working on both sides: building financial products and engaging with the people shaping the rules. As tokenization grows, clear rules and reliable infrastructure will play a major role in bringing traditional finance onchain. Injective is building toward that future.

Nearly half of Injective active perpetual markets are now linked to real-world assets. @injective has 135 active RWA markets covering stocks, forex, commodities, indices, and pre-IPO assets. That means traders can get price exposure to assets like Apple, Tesla, gold, and major currency pairs directly through onchain markets. The important detail is that these are perpetual contracts. Traders can follow an asset’s price without owning the actual stock or commodity. RWA markets now make up around 47% of Injective active perpetual markets. This shows that traditional asset exposure is becoming a core part of its financial ecosystem, not just an extra feature. For me, the bigger picture is how Injective is bringing different types of markets together on one chain. If almost half of its active perpetual markets are already RWAs, how much bigger can this side of Injective become? More markets, more access, and more onchain finance. $INJ

Injective is moving deeper into real-world mortgage finance, and the progress is already measurable. Through its work with Pineapple Financial and Pentiv, more than $1 billion in residential mortgage records had been brought onchain by September 2026. These are not newly issued mortgage securities. The records contain 500+ data points linked to existing loans, creating a verifiable data foundation that could support better reporting, risk analysis, and loan verification. Now, the goal is to go further. Pentiv plans to integrate @injective into more parts of mortgage operations, including data handling, servicing, and settlement. If successful, this could move blockchain beyond recordkeeping and into everyday financial workflows. There is also a longer-term connection through Pineapple’s $100 million $INJ treasury, with staked $INJ generating income that the company says supports its balance sheet and continued investment in its platform. The opportunity is significant. US household mortgage debt reached around $13.1 trillion in Q2 2026, although bringing even a small part of this market onchain will require real adoption and practical results. For me, the key development is the shift from putting mortgage data onchain to using that data in real financial operations. If Injective can help make mortgage workflows more efficient, this could become a meaningful institutional use case for onchain finance. $INJ

Injective is working to make onchain transactions more predictable, not just cheap. IIP-709 proposes activating fixed gas fees on @injective mainnet for key exchange actions, including placing and cancelling orders, deposits, withdrawals, and subaccount transfers. With fixed gas costs, apps and traders can know the expected transaction fee in advance without simulating every transaction first. This can reduce preparation time and help avoid out-of-gas failures. It could be especially useful for market makers, trading bots, and applications that handle large numbers of transactions. The proposal does not change trading fee rates. Its focus is making gas costs more predictable and transaction handling more efficient. $INJ stakers can vote on the proposal, with voting scheduled to end on October 17. For a finance-focused chain like Injective, small improvements like this matter. Reliable execution is important when users and applications depend on fast, consistent transactions. Cheap fees attract attention, but predictable execution helps build trust. x.com/injective/stat…

Injective is bringing traditional finance and onchain markets into the same conversation. During Korea Blockchain Week 2026, the @injective Foundation hosted The New Financial Era in Seoul, bringing together people from financial institutions, global exchanges, and the Web3 industry. The discussion focused on some important areas shaping the future of finance: real-world asset tokenization, stablecoins, digital assets, and the infrastructure needed to connect traditional markets with blockchain technology. The lineup included people from the Federal Reserve System, LG CNS, Coinbase, SMBC Nikko, BitGo, and other organizations. One area worth watching is tokenization. LG CNS shared work on digital asset value chains and repo market trials, while Injective already has a live pilot with POSCO International and LG CNS involving tokenized trade receivables. These conversations matter because bringing financial assets onchain takes more than issuing tokens. Institutions also need reliable infrastructure for trading, settlement, and managing those assets. Injective is working to build that financial infrastructure while connecting with institutions across markets, especially in Asia. The next step is turning these institutional conversations and pilots into real products that people and businesses can use onchain. $INJ

Injective is growing, and now it’s easier to explore the ecosystem. The new @injective Ecosystem Page brings 270+ apps, projects, and partners together in one place, giving users and builders a simple way to discover what’s available across the network. From Helix for trading to Sprout and RunUp for launching projects, the directory covers exchanges, wallets, DeFi apps, connected chains, data tools, validators, and infrastructure providers. Instead of searching across different platforms, users can browse by category, explore projects, and find direct links to the apps they want to use. Builders can also get a clearer view of the tools and partners already connected to Injective. As more financial apps and tokenized assets come onchain, making the ecosystem easier to navigate becomes increasingly important. Discovery is one step toward helping more people take part in Injective’s growing financial network. $INJ Explore here : injhub.com/ecosystem/ x.com/injective/stat…

Injective is expanding its institutional presence in Asia, with Gulf Labs now live as a validator on the network. Gulf Labs is the digital asset arm of Thailand’s GULF Group. Its validator is already helping secure @injective, validate transactions and take part in governance. The partnership also opens the door to work in several areas: - Tokenization: Exploring ways to bring real-world assets onchain. - Stablecoins: Looking at new ways to support digital payments and settlement. - Institutional access: Connecting Injective with Thai banks, companies and asset issuers. - Infrastructure: Using Gulf Edge’s data centers, cloud services and AI computing resources to support builders. - Distribution and education: Helping more businesses and users understand onchain finance. Gulf Labs also brings connections to Thailand’s digital asset market, including the Binance TH ecosystem. The validator is already active, while the wider plans are still being explored. If these efforts develop, they could help connect Injective financial infrastructure with Thailand’s existing institutions and business networks. For Injective, this adds a local institutional partner as it continues expanding across Asia. $INJ

Injective is building the infrastructure to bring traditional finance onchain. @injective Institutional Services is now an SEC-registered transfer agent, supporting official ownership records for securities. This adds another important piece to Injective’s regulated finance infrastructure. The ecosystem is already expanding into tokenized stocks, digital asset treasuries, and pre-IPO shares linked to companies like SpaceX and OpenAI. Its pilot with POSCO International and LG CNS also aims to bring trade receivables from international business onto the network. There is more progress across the ecosystem. Gulf Labs has joined as an institutional validator, Injective has moved over $1 billion in mortgage records onchain, and Pineapple Financial plans to bring more than $10 billion in mortgage records to the network over time. The Meridian upgrade also adds regulated token standards to Injective EVM and brings markets across different virtual machines closer together. Injective is working on more than token trading. It is building the tools to issue, record, transfer, and trade real-world financial assets onchain. If this infrastructure gains wider use, Injective could become an important part of how traditional finance moves into onchain markets. $INJ

Injective could soon have a new bridge to traditional investors through Canary Capital proposed Staked $INJ ETF. The fund is designed to hold spot $INJ and stake at least 90% of its holdings under normal conditions. That means investors could gain exposure to $INJ price and potential staking rewards through a traditional brokerage account, without managing a crypto wallet or staking directly. BitGo is planned to handle custody of the $INJ, while the fund would operate through the usual ETF structure. Other firms, including 21Shares, have also filed for $INJ-related investment products, showing that interest in bringing $INJ to traditional markets is growing. But there an important detail: $INJC is not live yet. The registration still needs to become effective, and SEC approval is not guaranteed. A staked ETF could make $INJ easier to access for investors who prefer traditional financial products. Still, wider access is only one part of the picture. Long-term value will depend on demand for $INJ, activity across Injective, and how the network continues to grow. Wall Street access could be another step forward for @injective, but the launch and its actual impact are what matter next.

Injective’s Trench Treasury now holds 10% of the total $NINJACAT supply. NinjaCat is a Solana-based memecoin launched through LaunchOnSF, with liquidity on Raydium. The unique part is that holders can earn $INJ through the project fee rewards. This gives the Solana community a direct link to @injective native token. The Trench Treasury was created to support projects that build around $INJ, bring in new users and create value for the token. NinjaCat fits this plan in a different way. It already has a community in the Solana trenches, and its reward system gives those users a reason to discover $INJ. Instead of only supporting projects built directly on Injective, the Treasury is also backing a project from another chain that connects its community with $INJ. Of course, holding 10% of a memecoin supply does not guarantee long-term growth. The real value will come from keeping the community active and bringing more users to Injective. If more projects follow this path, the Trench Treasury could help $INJ reach communities well beyond Injective itself.

The Trench Treasury is becoming a way for Injective to support organic ecosystem growth beyond the usual DeFi apps. NinjaCat connects Solana users, revenue and $INJ in one model. And that could open the door for more projects built around the same idea.

For builders, the message is pretty clear: Build something useful. Put $INJ into the core of the product. Create real value for users. The Trench Treasury is willing to support projects that do that.

Injective Trench Treasury is starting to put $INJ at the center of new ecosystems. The Treasury has acquired 10% of NinjaCat, a Solana-launched token built around $INJ revenue. 🧵
