@XfinitySupport @Xfinity is a huge failure. Our service has been spotty for 10 days now. We are unable to log on to our account. They do not reply to messages. Not sure if it’s worth paying $234/month for lack of service and crappy customer service

@TMobileHelp It’s not just a discrepancy. It’s fraud. I signed up for a “deal” and a month later received an email that my plan will be changing, I didn’t authorize for any changes.

Furious and angry with @TMobile ‘s customer service. Signed up a new line, they sent a contract for one thing and now charging twice as much. Refuse to review the recorded calls, which clearly state what we agreed on and what I signed up for. Now they are back pedaling & lying.

@FlyFrontier Had one of the worst experiences with this airline. Paid extra for seats, didn't get them, our party of 6 (4 minors) had to sit separate from each other. Nothing anyone could do & didn't want to help us. Have all proof of said purchased seats & zero reply from CS.
