To avoid applying the text of 14th Amendment, Section 2, the district court invented a new constitutional Article III standing requirement. We appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and we're drafting our brief now. Stay tuned!

We filed to seek Supreme Court review today. The filibuster is completely unconstitutional, and we found a way through all the justiciability doctrines to the merits. All over a coal mine. Wish us luck!
