It’s always easier to compliment someone else than to brag about our own successes, but I think it’s important to step into our brilliance. I am very proud that I have added three additional camps for the summer and to celebrate my achievement, I am going to sleep late tomorrow.

The first Monday of the year is National Thank God It's Monday Day, and it's about rewiring our minds to have a positive attitude about the Moon's day. I LOVE Mondays. Mondays used to be the start of a new work week, new adventures, but lately, Mondays are just another day.

Here are my favorite practices for mind-body wellness: Working out every morning on an old Schwinn Cycling (Spin). The bike does not have a touchscreen, but it works, so I open my window, take a Peloton cycle class and escape. How do you stay healthy in mind and body?
