My opinion on the ridiculous "rework" being planned that hopefully gets shelved @RuneScape @JagexJack @JagexShauny please don't cater to whiners who don't NEED the cape - it's end game content for those who want to put in the time for it

So Jagex decides to plan an unnecessary comp cape rework that barely anyone asked for yet scrapped the bank rework that 99% of players wanted, great game btw
