changed my password with @DeltaDentalofMA -website didnt work so support rep made me a new password and read all 15 chars out to me with a hard to understand accent: "ex-cla-mation-point, cap-i-tal-vee (or was it B?)" told me it is secure because she promises not to write it down

When will Vanguard fix their bad security? Hacker can click a link to skip my Yubikey login and use SMS instead. Get rid of SMS. Use 6-digit TOPT auth code instead. @Vanguard_Group
