@Interior You guys need to rescind the minimization criteria. A judge just closed 2,200 miles of access to our public land. This is especially important for people like my parents who can only access beautiful places via a @Jeep SUV.

@AmazonHelp Just know, I can order the same items to different addresses, and get it myself by driving there and back 5-6 days sooner than just relying on Amazon. That’s the issue I have. It’s a joke. If you just say prime shipping isn’t available to this location, then I’d be ok.

@AmazonHelp that’s a joke, right? Fix your shipping speeds to GJ and Craig or just stop saying stuff is in stock and available by prime shipping to there. I shouldn’t have a week’s difference between shipping to my Denver address or my GJ address. You don’t need a week to process

@AmazonHelp Not that it’ll matter to you guys based on this interaction, I have stopped ordering from Amazon. If you can’t honor your advertising, then I don’t trust the company. I’ve bought a lot of stuff lately and it’s nice to go to a store and leave with a product at your prices!

@AmazonHelp I just got off the phone with you guys. Prime shipping on a in stock Prime item placed today (3/23) should not take till March 29th to get. Your prime shipping is getting longer and longer. Craig’s Walmart has the item in stock. That’s your competition.

@AmazonHelp Here’s the issue simplified. Prime order. Ordered March 23rd, Shipped March 24th. Two days is March 26th. Instead, my prime means FIVE days and has a delivery of March 29th. That’s false advertising.
