@PLDT_Cares Ticket Number: 42945654 2/2 I've been thinking for a long time now to quit from your service 'cause of your very poor customer service & action. I am truly and deeply sorry for being sarcastic but you just really don't care. PLDT does not care and PLDT is not home anymore.

@pldt_Cares Ticket Number: 42945654 1/2 Maybe let's just get this straight. Are you willing to repair my internet connection? Or you will never make an action about it at all? Because Converge is offering and I'm considering it now. @pldt_Cares @pldt @pldtHome

@pldt_Cares Ticket Number: 42945654 I have memorized this response already. This is what I've ONLY been getting since I've requested help to fix my internet connection. Not real action. Just automated, robotic messages per se. Please, have mercy. Help me. @pldtHome @pldt @pldt_Cares @pldt

@pldt_Cares Ticket Number: 42945654 I've been contacting thru DM but no action has been taken & I honestly get the same responses. I'm helpless where to find REAL help that will work. I've been patient but you must understand where my action is coming from. @pldtHome @pldt @pldt_Cares @pldt

@pldt_Cares Ticket Number: 42945654 How long should I wait for my internet connection to be prioritized? All agents who responded to my request for a technician to be dispatched only sent me automated messages. It's been more than a month now. Have mercy. @pldtHome @pldt @pldt_Cares @pldt

Movie Review: 'My Amanda' is a paragon of a platonic relationship Two close friends and the story of their awe-inspiring relationship is what the film is all about. But wait—there's more! #MyAmanda #MovieReview #Netflix herinnersurface.wordpress.com/2021/07/21/mov…

@pldtHome @pldt @pldt_Cares Thank you so much PLDT for taking an action. My reactions were due to my impulse because of the stress. But know that, I'm always grateful for your service because I'll never reach this far if also not for you. Thank you for your understanding.
