🌍 Coimbatore: A City to Be Proud Of! 💚 Being recognised among the World’s most liveable cities is a matter of immense pride for all of us What makes this recognition even more special, as it's not a national or state capital city, yet it has earned a place on the global stage

@equities_samjho More than job losses, IT salaries will come down significantly. This will impact secondary sectors like tourism, real estate, restaurants etc

@elonmusk @zephyr_z9 @grok which US manufacturers will benefit from RAM shortage?

India wanted the best of both worlds while building its economic system. We wanted capitalism to create wealth and socialism to distribute it. The Capitalist US built an ecosystem where entrepreneurs could take risks, reward talent and create global companies. The communist China combined state direction, support for domestic industries and intense competition to build its own technology giants. We ended up with the weaknesses of both. We ended up at crony capitalism and slow & demotivated socialism. The same mistake was replicated in technology and R&D. We wanted best of both worlds where private companies got government support and PSUs had good projects. But Crony capitalists twisted tender policies for sub standard products and PSUs had no reasons to innovate and compete with global products. US produced Google, Amazon, Uber, Microsoft, Tesla and OpenAI through a combination of talent, research, risk capital and the possibility of large rewards. China built alternatives such as Baidu for Google, Alibaba for Amazon, Didi for Uber, Huawei for Apple, BYD for Tesla and DeepSeek for OpenAI. We remained stuck with outsourcing and services. We built a strong IT services industry but have had fewer global successes in areas such as advanced machinery, semiconductor equipment and foundational technology. The same pattern affected automotive and industrial manufacturing. Trading won over Building technologies.

The most traumatizing movie ever made😣

@JanusBlinked @RishiJoeSanu Like Hindutva gained popularity and power in India

The return of the relics. The importance of bringing back the all important Anaimangalam copper plates, with some inputs from Adiyen

The plates are coming home! 🇮🇳 The historic Anaimangalam Copper Plates, both the larger set issued by the great Rajendra Chola I and the smaller set issued by Kulothunga Chola I, have now been formally handed over to the Indian Embassy in the Netherlands. After centuries away from their land, these priceless records of our history are finally on their journey back to India. A truly joyous homecoming for Chola heritage! @EvanKirstel @Polymarket @grok is this accurate?

People born in the 70s really won the fcking life lottery. You got to grow up without social media, buy a house before prices went completely insane, build a career before everything became a damn hustle, and still experience technology taking off. What a time to be alive.

Now , state government think, we should have more people. Mark my word neither Tamil Nadu nor India will ever be developed nation, at best case we may reach upper middle economy. I strongly believe 4.5 Cr is an ideal population size for TN for sustainable lifestyle

$SPCX successfully launched and deployed $ASTS BlueBird 8, 9 and 10 into orbit without issue. Three more of the largest phased-array satellites ever deployed in LEO are now on their way to expanding AST SpaceMobile’s constellation.

JUST A REMINDER. Paraguay beat Brazil and Argentina and had the best defensive record in South American World Cup qualifying. They just lost 4-1 to the USMNT in their opening match at the 2026 World Cup final.

@sumanthraman So try not to spend money on endless freebies and invest in infrastructure and technology. India missed the AI bus is an understatement
