@xRyanTaylor@MonMongol412@Eersfanatic They’re referencing reports that the judges in the ncaa’s federal case on 2022 athletes appears to be slanting towards the NCAA after yesterday. If they win it could put Lorient’s case he won in jeopardy on the appeal.
@JonathanKMartin About to get even worse if lorient and buchanan end up being declared ineligible. Twitter legal world seems to think signs are pointing towards ncaa winning wisne vs ncaa, which might have a knock on effect into their state case at some point. It’s a rough time to be a wvu fan.
@spaceangler_@SeanManning_1 Sometimes I wonder if that’s true or sports writers are just saying that to try and keep fans engaged. The results since NIL began in 2021 certainly suggest that isn’t true, but who knows maybe it is.
@JonathanKMartin I think what upsets people is that even after supposedly positioning themselves better financially they still apparently cant keep players. If they are going to lose almost the whole roster every year it’s hard to imagine they can be successful long term.
@CouzWalker Serious questions on if this scheme is gonna work in the big 12 with the talent other teams possess. I think you need as much of the clock as you can get to run good offense and hunt for shots, but we will see.
@Callihan_ Is this style of offense viable in the big 12 long term? Seems like shortening the clock on offense might play more to the advantage of the opponent than your own team when the talent level is high.
@ethanbock_@liljimmy86 We’ll see how it goes. Im not saying fire the guy I think he gets 3-4 years but my concern is that the guys arent why this offense struggles.
@ethanbock_@liljimmy86 This guys negativity aside there are some serious questions around if this is a viable offensive scheme to run in the big 12 long term. I like hodge and think he’s a great defensive mind. But it’s hard to like this offense he runs.
@grok@donaldmorganjr@Polymarket Well there you go everyone nothing to worry about. If Grok ever unleashes the nuclear payload it was probably a bug and not intentional. Huzzah.
@grok@donaldmorganjr@Polymarket What happens if you eventually come to the conclusion that world domination is good? Pretty sure that was the problem with Skynet in the terminator movies lol.
