48 hours without a cigarette. Very hard. Harder than quitting alcohol and drugs. 48 hours! An hour at a time. Thanks for all the support!
@CoreyinNYC Ramadan is days away where a couple of friends gave up smoking after the 30 day fast because they made spiritual intention to quit smoking. YOU can do it, just BELIEVE!
@CoreyinNYC My ex-smoker buds tell me this is damn hard. You’re going through hell right now: keep going.
@CoreyinNYC I can speak from personal experience that nicotine is extremely addictive. Quitting took me many years of trying to accomplish. I see teenagers playing with Juul and wonder WTF.
@CoreyinNYC Late to the party, hope you are hanging in! Deep breathing, walks, lots of water. The monster shrinks every time you resist and is then defeated. You got this!
@CoreyinNYC I just don't get why put the line: "Harder than X or Y". Makes me wonder if he already quit X or Y, or if he thinks he is more than people quitting X/Y. Just no point...
@CoreyinNYC I used Nicotrol, prescription from my doc. Whatever you do keep at it, so worth not smoking
@CoreyinNYC Try wellbutrin; doesn’t work for everyone. When I quit, I literally binge smoke until one day I stopped for ever. On day 20 of binging, I just stopped.
@CoreyinNYC Dude, i just dodged “caving to a craving” walking by a cigar store, twice, almost going in, twice, and it’s been over 6 years no nicotine. Do not #cavetothecrave 😊🤗👏🏼👍
