As someone who was homeschooled and did college in-person. I can comfortably say that the main purpose of "going to school" is social intelligence If you are in in-person school, its imperative to educate yourself rather than blindly following the cirrocumulus
Homeschool goes well. 8-yo is a machine. 11-yo has less focus. Both are going through 1-2 year of math per month. They spend 3-4 hours a day. Then they can do whatever they want. Will pull 5-yo in soon. Public school is child abuse for smart kids.
