@Cosmic_Andrew1 Propulsive landing should be doable too, you can scrub a lot of velocity aerodynamically.
@Cosmic_Andrew1 LLISSE is such a cool concept. Unfortunately, it's ride to the Venusian surface (Venera-D) is not happening and LLISSE has been withdrawn from the program due to the invasion of Ukraine. Furthermore, LLISSE will only collect meteorological readings, so no pictures.
