Customer gets upset when he can't pay with cash
@PicturesFoIder All you had to do was offer to let him keep the change. The reasoning behind him not giving you the sandwich was that he was unable to provide you change, which is understandable. But if you really wanted the sandwich, you should have given him that option.

@CoverdbyFlash @PicturesFoIder No. The employee said that they were switching out the safe that day and therefore couldn’t take cash because they wouldn’t have any place to store it.
@CoverdbyFlash @PicturesFoIder If you're going to throw away the food why not just give him the sandwich for free and say you threw away the sandwich. That's what doesn't make sense.

@CoverdbyFlash @PicturesFoIder Since this is the store's fault they should simply give the customer the sandwich. Otherwise they are likely to lose the customer forever. I mean, if a restaurant did this to me I would never go there again.
