@virginmedia I have now filed a complaint with OFCOM on their online portal and will share this far and wide. VM should be ashamed treating a pensioner like this

@virginmedia I'd be interested to know the reasoning for refusing to allow my 78 year old mother to port the number she has had for the past 40 plus years over to her new supplier. Yet another example of your lack of customer service. Shame on you!

@virginmedia My 78 year old Mum spoke to VM customers services and they said moving the number wouldn't be an issue. No mention of before disconnection. I will be following this up with OFCOM as it's not acceptable to treat a 78 year old lady like this.

@virginmedia Which only confirms my post. Poor customer service. I will be logging a complaint to OFCOM regarding this matter

@virginmedia Thanks, but we already tried that and the request was refused. The number has now been disconnected.

@Victorianplumb Thank you for your help, the issue with my order is now resolved. I still think that you should have a call centre so that your customers can speak to someone directly if any issues arise.

@Victorianplumb First time using you and now have a missing order and unable to speak to anyone other than a webpage chatbox. Terrible customer service!

@benandjerrysUK Congratulations. You just lost another customer!

@itvnews Can I ask what a Shopowner is?

@VMCcare please advise me how to make a payment to a UK call centre. You are threatening to pass a small overdue balance to a debt collection agence, but making payment difficult. Please help!

@lemontwittor YEAH!

Overcharged for my online order, promised a refund by the branch and over a week later no refund and no reply from customer service... Shame on you @PapaJohns
