Wored out the problem. Looks like there will be no support for anyone not on Windows 11. I can't upgrade due to a few specifics so if you don't plan on upgrading to Windows 11 do not update.

If cursed mode is locked behind Easter Egg completions I wonder what percentage of players actually complete Easter Eggs? I think by doing this @Treyarch is locking out a large part of the community that play casually. Putting so much effort into something a not many will see.
