Watching @GMB and @theRCN discussing the crises in the @NHSuk this morning with corridor nursing and use it to push for our payrise is short sighted in my view. It just reads that if they paid us more wed care more. There’s a time and a place and this wasn’t it.

Love how the media are spinning @UKLabour plan to ban #Zerohourcontracts isn’t a full ban. Some people want to work them and it should be up to the EMPLOYEE. A total ban would stop health workers being able to plug gaps in staffing as an example.
