Our 5th grade @HTS_Dolphins rocked out their thinking routine in the studio classifying what artists do & where in our community! @MrsMazepa @cristinstrain @TKinneycissna I remember a similar opener when they were in 3rd grade- we have come so far! Exciting things are coming!

Wrapping up week 1 with our @HTS_Dolphins 4th and 6th graders! I can’t wait to see/hear their conversations on what and who constitutes art and an artist - as we dive deeper into a TAB based studio experience (teaching for artistic behavior)

We can’t wait for full day schedule to introduce our youngest and newest @HTS_Dolphins dolphins to the Studio! Read aloud “Art Today” then brainstormed what artists do, and of course freedom of expression as paint was of course their first request! @DMSEF8

Careful @HTS_Dolphins they might bite! 2nd grade pinch pot creatures based on their learning of animal adaptations with @KMinarik1 they loved using their imagination for camouflage, escaping predators, protecting their young, and so much more! @MrsWaldal @MrsMazepa @DMSEF8
