@VodafoneUK Yeah that’s why you’ve been charging me £9 a month for insurance I never signed up for.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Vodafone insurance scam. Has cost me and my wife £483 over the last 27 months and we didn’t even know we had it. Not very happy with their service and I’ve been loyal to them for 34 years.

@MorphyIndia Hi can you please help we replaced our Morphy Richards steam generator iron with a new model in November 2019 only for it to go wrong in Jan2020. After speaking to your customer service they told me I had put the wrong water in it ( distilled) but should be 50/50

@bmstores Hi we bought some of your Xmas candles and one of them melted it’s holder and started a small fire that damaged our lounge unit. We sent you all the things you asked for, but it’s now 6weeks and you haven’t done anything about it. WE ARE TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH YOU.

@bmstores Well after buying some of your Xmas candles that caught fire to the holder it was in, and doing damage to our sitting room unit I was told to send an email and photo’s of the damage. But guess what after 10 days we’ve still not had a reply.
