Ethereum stood around $2,473, above its 20-week average, but below both its 50-week and 200-week averages, near $2,543 and $2,502. My reading: the shorter-term recovery still needs confirmation from the longer-term trend. These moving averages are key reference levels to watch. Data transparency matters: these figures come from weekly data dated August 31, last updated September 1. CryptoTools currently flags its trend and rotation analysis as stale, with 0% confidence. Its neutral label therefore cannot be treated as a confirmed market signal, and there is no validated altseason reading. The next meaningful signal is fresh data confirming whether BTC and ETH can reclaim those longer-term averages.
