Since the 21st, there has been ZERO update despite 3 follow-up emails and DAILY calls to customer support. Every representative keeps me in the dark with no resolution or accountability. Is this the customer experience Samsung stands for?
@SamsungIndia , this is absolutely unacceptable! First, my fridge delivery was delayed. Then, after delivery, I discovered a missing part. A complaint was raised under Case No. 407233899, and I submitted every detail requested over email.
