@EaldorleguWicce — embarrassment too.

@EaldorleguWicce — shock at the raven haired woman hanging about, her glass drops and shatters, yet there’s no reaction from the blonde. Just a long stare before she’s muttering “Saskia..?” Not afraid, not bothered, not anything bad really. Just confusion and curiosity. Maybe a little —

Her chin follows the motion of Saskia’s hand. Planting kisses along every inch of her arm and wrist within reach. As their distance closes more, she’s quick to react. In some sort of respectful restraint, she delivers another kiss only a hair away from her lips. She quickly —

She’s leaning in ever so slightly, the hand on the other woman’s waist moving to trail up her side lightly. Brushing a strand of hair from her face and tucking it behind Selena’s ear. ❝ mmm, then come along darling. ❜ And oh she’s leaned in closer, her voice so low, and so+

That moment of boldness was now long gone, genuinely surprised by the response. Paralyzed in the most beautiful way possible. “Okay yeah, it would be nice to see your place.” Her voice just a whisper, chest pounding. One sentence and it’s already feeling harder to breathe.

There’s a smirk setting a permanent residence on her lips and she’s tilting her head ever so slightly. Taking a step closer to rest her free hand on the woman’s waist. ❝ I’ve seen your ‘stronger’ things, darling. Why don’t we take this to my place…? ❞ she asks, voice low.

“If I replace that water with something stronger, will you show me just how attractive?” Her hand clasps around the other’s wrist, rubbing gently. What a stupid thing to say when the strongest drink she’s kept all year is a bottle of rosé..

There’s a genuine laugh spilling past her lips at that comment. A sparkle of amusement in her eyes. ❝ Why Selena, is that ice in those veins I detect? That’s very attractive. ❞ she nearly purrs, a hand moving to rest on Selena’s arm. ❝ Perhaps I shall take you up on that. ❞

“Not really, no.” Eyes dropping the moment her fingers touch. “I like it. Come more often, I have to be better company than any other random idiot around here.” That’s jealousy talking. She swears she’s nice.

She’s giving a small grin of her own, and taking the glass. Allowing her fingers to gently brush the other woman’s. ❝ Mm, that would be wise. ❞ she says with a nod, before taking a grateful sip. ❝ Assuming you…don’t mind these visits? ❞

“Guess I should be more prepared if these visits are becoming a regular thing?” She pours a glass of water, handing it over with curious eyes.

That grin makes it all worth it. However she is quickly handing them over and going in search of a tissue. ❝ fuck. ❞ she mutters before a cough leaves her. ❝ Your smile, darling, makes it bloody worth it. ❞

She is. It’s just cute. “Saskia! You’re gonna get yourself killed.” She’s grinning like an idiot and hastily removing the culprit.

She’s wounded. Truly. Her pain causing entertainment? And here she thought dear Selena was a sweet woman. Sneezes. Right, no need to start now then. She’s coming through the door and smiling at the other woman. ❝ I bring—achooo—flowers. ❞

She’s terrible for finding this so entertaining. Knocking? Nothing has stopped her from allowing herself in before.

Absolutely not—she’s acquired the flowers. And they smell amazing. Even if she’s — ❝ ACHOO! ❞ sneezing on her way up to Selena’s door. Is there a point in knocking or did the sneeze alert her?

Is she just daydreaming about a certain blonde while she’s working? Yes. And she’s not even ashamed to admit it.

@EaldorleguWicce — her sincerity. No one had ever been there for her the way Saskia had. Everyone was nice enough in the same old mundane life in town, just nothing of substance. Never an attraction like this? no prospect of the connection they were seemingly (hopefully) beginning to have.

@EaldorleguWicce — memory. “Some blonde? Guess that’s a color that catches your eye. Maybe I don’t give you enough credit. You did stick around after my [incident]” She’s closing the distance between the two, innocently reaching for her hand. “Thank you, Saskia.” A gentle squeeze to show —

“I do like them, very much.” She’s rushing back, now that the flowers are tucked away . “You shouldn’t have, I mean really. Look at you.” She awkwardly chuckles and twirls a finger around a blonde strand. “Uh. you look great! I just mean the sneezing and that whole ordeal..”

Gods it’s as if she had shoved them up her nose and rubbed the pollen all over her—why must she be allergic? When bringing flowers seemed to bring a smile to the other woman’s face each time. ❝ I hope you like them. ❞ she murmurs softly, deciding to invite herself in.
