Evri seriously are the worst courier, still. I don't know why companies still use them. Two parcels from seperate companies, both conveniently lost by the same driver, sending blank photos of proof of attempted delivery, saying I'm not home when I’ve been in every time 🙃

Is it just me is it impossible to get a resolution from a chat bot. Evri have lost my recent order from Debenhams when incorrectly relabelling my order to be rerouted. I have sent numerous emails to Debenhams to resolve the situation and still no answer 😤
